SCP-1025 was formerly classified as a Keter-class object due to its potential as a bioweapon capable of destroying all life on Earth. Initially, SCP-1025 was to be kept in an isolated underground vault secured by no fewer than 10 armed guards, to be rotated twice weekly and checked for compromise by infectious agents. In reality, it only makes the observer think that the reader has said disease.
SCP-1025 is a book titled The Encyclopedia of Common Disease. It's a book containing details of various diseases that gives the reader whatever disease they read about.
